Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting original art! Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time All orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 2–5 business days of purchase. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you updated.

Shipping Carrier We ship all orders via Canada Post.

Shipping Rates Depend on destination country.

Packaging Every piece is packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely. Prints are shipped flat or rolled in a protective tube depending on size. Original paintings are wrapped and inserted in rigid envelope to prevent damage in transit.

Domestic Shipping (Canada) Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

International Shipping We currently ship within Canada only. If you're located outside Canada and interested in a piece, please contact us directly.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and artwork immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will work with Canada Post to file a claim and find a resolution.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Shipping to the European Union

We ship to all 27 EU member states from Canada using Canada Post international services.

Estimated delivery times

  • Western EU (AT, BE, DE, FR, IE, LU, NL): 10–15 business days
  • Nordic EU (DK, FI, SE): 12–16 business days
  • Southern EU (CY, ES, GR, IT, MT, PT): 12–18 business days
  • Eastern EU (BG, CZ, EE, HR, HU, LV, LT, PL, RO, SK, SI): 14–20 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to customs processing. If your order has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us at ink.figures.official@gmail.com and we will investigate or issue a full refund.

Customs, duties & taxes Orders shipped to the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges vary by country and are not collected by Ink Figures at checkout.

Tracking Tracking is not available for all EU destinations. If you require tracking, please contact us before placing your order.
